At REPRESENT, we aim for total satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a streamlined return process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
